How to ensure you receive your newsletter

It is possible that some internet service providers will occasionally block legitimate newsletters.

Follow these simple steps to ensure you receive our updates:

Hotmail

  1. Sign in to your Hotmail email account
  2. Click on Options - top right hand side of the page
  3. Click on Mail – left hand side
  4. Click on Junk Email Protection
  5. Click on SafeList
  6. Enter sarova.co.uk in the text field and click the Add button

MSN

  1. Sign into your MSN email account
  2. Click on Email Settings – bottom left hand side
  3. Click on Junk Mail
  4. Click on Safe List
  5. Click Add an item to this list
  6. Enter sarova.co.uk
  7. Click Add and then click Save Changes

Yahoo

  1. Sign into your Yahoo email account
  2. Click on Addresses tab – top left hand side
  3. Click on Add Contact
  4. In the name section add Sarova and in the email section add @sarova.co.uk
  5. Click Save Contact and then click Done on the next page

Other Email Applications

Simply add @sarova.co.uk as an email address in your Contact List or Address Book.
